Today, I start with Stage 8... I am guessing that I could skip this stage and the next one... but I think I should stick to the program and really work on building up my endurance. I'd hate to burn out because I didn't train properly. That would be NO BUENO!

Walk 2 min. Run 9 min.
Repeat sequence one more time
Walk 2 min. Run 8 min.
End 3 min walk
