Stage 5

I did Stage 5 on Saturday, just to see what was up and I totally handled it! But today is technically the first day of Stage 5, woot woot! Stage 5 is a kick up from Stage 4 because we go from 3 min. running segments to 5 min. It's REALLY not that much of a difference at all, go in with the mindset that you can totally dominate, and that you have got this! Here's Stage 5...

Stage 5
Walk 2 min 30 sec. Run 5 min.
Repeat sequence 3 more times
End with 3 min walking

Whenever these songs pops up on my shuffle, I lose my mind! They're freaking amazing, and like an automatic 2nd wind -- totes good to go! Download them, buy them, whatever. Awesome.
